Credit Baniya provides a digital journey that helps customers submit application information, complete required verification and documents, track progress and access customer servicing. The exact steps can vary depending on the customer, product and applicable lending partner.
Typical customer journey
- Start and verify contact details. Enter the requested information and complete the applicable verification step.
- Complete the application. Provide personal, employment, income and banking information requested for the assessment.
- Complete KYC and documents. Finish applicable identity checks and upload the documents shown in your journey.
- Assessment and review. The application information may be assessed under the policy of the applicable lending partner. Additional information can be requested.
- Review disclosures and agreement. If an offer is made, review pricing, charges, repayment terms, Key Fact Statement and agreement details before accepting.
- Disbursal and servicing. Where approved and completed, disbursal is handled under the applicable lender process. My Account can be used for available status, repayment and document information.
- Repayment and closure. Pay through verified channels, retain receipts and access closure/NOC information where applicable after the account is fully settled.
If you leave the journey midway
When supported by the application status and saved data, returning customers should use the same verified account or contact details and continue from the valid pending step instead of creating unnecessary duplicate applications.
When extra verification is needed
Some applications may require additional documents or manual review. A request for more information is not an approval or decline by itself; complete the requested step and monitor the application status.
